摘要
某氧化铜矿含泥较多,用浮选方法很难分选,研究了用硫酸直接浸出铜。结果表明,在硫酸浓度2mol/L、磨矿细度-74μm占84.43%、液固体积质量比4∶1、室温(20℃)下搅拌(300r/min)浸出5h条件下,铜浸出率达86.33%,浸出液净化后送萃取—电积工序,可获得符合质量要求的铜产品。
A oxidized copper ore Direct leaching of copper from contains more mud and the ore using sulfuric it is difficult to be sorted by flotation method. acid was researched. The results showed that copper leaching rate was over 86% under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 2 mol/L, grinding fineness of --74 μm accounting for 84.43 %, liquid-solid ratio of 4 : 1, stirring speed of 300 r/min,agitation time of 5 h, and ambient temperature. The leaching liquor was further to solvent extract and electrodeposit,the copper products with quality requirements could be obtained.
