摘要
在分析硅溶胶特性基础上,通过试验选取了一种新型聚醚类脱硅剂,并考察了脱硅剂种类、用量、脱硅温度和陈化时间等对脱硅效果的影响。结果表明,在pH=2.0、温度20℃、陈化时间12h、脱硅剂添加量0.23%条件下,脱硅剂PA-2对溶液中硅的脱除率达93%以上,脱硅效果较好。
A new type of polyether desilication agent was selected by tests Dasea on the cua silica gel. The influences of desilication agent type, dose and desilication temperature and quiescence time on desilicating effect were examined. The test results show that at the conditions of pH of 2.0, temperature of 20 ℃ ,quiescence time of 12 hours and 0.23%addition level of desilication agent PA-2, silicon removal rate was more than 93 %.
