摘要
针对塔河油田深井固井中存在的高温、高压、上下温差大等问题,且水泥浆候凝时间短、性能稳定、早期强度发展快等要求,引进了一种新型多功能宽温带缓凝剂SN-3。该缓凝剂主要是羟基羧酸盐和葡萄糖酸盐,其羟基羧酸基团与Ca2+鳌合形成高度稳定的五元环或六元环结构,并部分地吸附于水泥颗粒表面形成保护膜降低水化速度,从而起到缓凝作用。通过室内流变、稠化、超声波强度等评价试验表明,该缓凝剂不但宽温带适应性强,同时具有较好的分散性,与其他外加剂配伍性好,水泥浆综合性能好,流变性好,呈直角稠化以及在低温状态下水泥石的早期强度发展快的特点。缓凝剂SN-3在塔河油田多口深井固井中得到了良好的应用与推广,固井优良率达80%。
According to the problems of HT/HP and high temperature difference, and the requirements of short setting time, stable performance and rapid early-strength development of slurry during deep-well cementing of Tahe oilfield, SN-3, a new multifunction wide-temperature retarder is imported. The retarder is mainly composed of hydroxyl carboxylate and gluconate. Its hydroxyl carboxylate group chelates Ca2+ to form highly stable five or six-membered ring structure, and is partly absorbed to cement grain surface, to form a protect film and slow down the hydration rate for retarding. Results of the evaluation of rheology, thickening and ultrasonic intensity show that the retarder has not only strong adaptability of wide temperature but also good dispersion. Moreover, it has the properties of excellent compatibility with other agents, comprehensive performance of slurry and better rheology, and right angle thickening, and rapid early-strength development of cement paste under low temperature. SN-3 has been applied and popularized in Tahe oilfield, and the rate of good cementing is 80%.
