煤层气钻井废液无害化处理工艺技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对煤层气钻井废液组成、特性及危害分析,结合煤层气开采钻井废液特点提出了应用高效脱稳混凝技术进行废液无害化处理方法。实验分析了钻井废液污染情况,优选了脱稳混凝处理剂、达标排放处理剂及处理工艺条件,并对处理剂作用机理进行了研究,并通过研究得到了处理煤层气开采中钻井废液无害化处理工艺流程、优化处理工艺条件。采用上述流程和工艺条件使污染指标严重超标的钻井废液经过处理后,其主要指标均能够达到GB8978-1996一级排放标准,实现了无害化处理。该处理工艺技术具有处理效率高、效果好、处理方便等优点。 According to the analysis on composition, properties and harm of waste drilling fluid for CBM production, a harmless treatment method using high-efficient destabilization and coagulation technology is put forward. This paper analyzes the contamination of waste drilling fluid, and then optimizes the destabilizing and coagulating agent, discharge treatment agent and process conditions. Based on action mechanism of the agents, a harmless treatment technology and its optimization of waste drilling fluid have been obtained. Using this technology, the waste fluid with serious pollution can come up to the standard of GB8978-1996. It has the advantages of high efficiency, excellent effect and convenience.
