庆阳市油气资源开发利用的对策研究

A Countermeasure Study on the Exploitation of Oil and Gas Resource in QingYang

丰富的自然资源有可能将资源富集地的经济发展引入"资源优势陷阱",发生"资源诅咒",导致区域经济社会发展陷入困境,也可能拉动资源富集地区经济实现快速、可持续发展.在对庆阳市经济发展现状分析的基础上,提出在陇东能源化工基地建设中,如何科学开发利用油气资源,规避"资源诅咒",实现经济可持续发展的对策.

Abundant natural resources can bring the regional economic development of resource-rich area into ＂pitfalls of resource advantage＂ and ＂resources curse＂ ,which lead the economic and social development to the predicament or cause the rapid and sustained economic development in the resource-rich area. Based on the analysis of the present economic development in QingYang, the essay discusses some strategies such as how to scientifically develop and fully utilize the oil and gas , as well as to get rid of the ＂resources curse＂ and finally realize sustainable development of economy in the construction of the chemical energy industry base in QingYang.
