摘要
选用非离子表面活性剂Triton X-114通过浊点萃取的方法对水样中的硝基酚类污染物进行了有效的分离和富集,并通过高效液相色谱法测定了污染物的含量.两种污染物对硝基苯酚和2,4-二硝基苯酚分别在6.9-1380 ng/mL和36.8-7360 ng/mL的浓度范围具有良好的线性相关,对硝基苯酚的最小检出限(LOD)和最低定量限(LOQ)分别为0.145ng/mL和0.484 ng/mL,2,4-二硝基苯酚的最小检出限(LOD)和最低定量限(LOQ)分别为1.104 ng/mL和3.680ng/mL.
Triton X-114 was choose in this paper by cloud point extraction to separate and enrich nitrophenols in water, and p-nitrophenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol were determined by HPLC. Two pollutants have good linearity in the range of 6.9-1380 ng/mL and 36.8-7360 ng/mL The LOD and LOQ of p-nitrophenol are 0.145ng/mL and 0.484 ng/mL, and 2,4-dinitrophenol are 1.104 ng/mL and 3.680ng/mL.
