摘要
目的探讨电话随访在肺结核出院患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2009年1-6月绍兴市第六人民医院收住院的120例肺结核患者分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组在出院后进行每周1次的电话随访,了解患者出院后恢复情况、遵医情况,并进行针对性健康指导;对照组患者出院后进行常规门诊随访。疗程结束时以问卷调查的方法评估出院随访的效果。结果问卷调查显示,观察组患者对肺结核相关知识掌握程度、治疗依从性与对照组患者的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对出院患者进行电话随访可提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of telephone follow-up in the discharged tuberculosis patients.Methods From January to June 2009,120 tuberculosis patients were equally randomized into observational group and control group.The patients of the observational group were followed up once a week after discharge to determine their recovery,compliance and provide targeted health guidance.While the regular follow-up was practiced for the control group after discharge.At the end of the treatment,the results of the telephone follow-up were evaluated by a questionnaire survey.Results There was significant difference between the observational group and control group in the tuberculosis knowledge and treatment compliance(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment compliance of the discharged patients can be improved by telephone follow-up.
