摘要
针对采用晶闸管元器件作为主控元件的交-交变频器在煤矿中应用存在换流困难、输出频率低等问题,提出了一种类似脉冲阻塞式斩波交-交变频器的设计方案。该方案采用单个IGBT作为交-交变频器的主控元件,采用变频/变压复合调速方案,同时增加了同步控制方式,从而减少了逆变元件的工作时间,降低了器件的发热功耗。类似脉冲阻塞式斩波交-交变频器对于煤矿设备的重载启动具有重要意义,但由于该变频器在煤矿尚无使用先例,因此需对其进行进一步的探索和研究。
For problems of difficult commutation and low output frequency of AC-AC converter with SCR as main control components used in coal mine underground,the paper put forward a design scheme of AC-AC converter which is similar to plugged pulse-chopping AC-AC converter.The scheme uses single IGBT as main control component,and adopts composite speed regulation scheme of frequency conversion/transformation and synchronous control method to reduce working hours of inverter components and heating power consumption of the converter.The converter similar to plugged pulse-chopping AC-AC converter has important significance for heavy load starting of equipment of coal mine.Because it has not been used in coal mine,it need to be further explored and researched.
