江苏高校适应现代服务业发展的专业设置调整

The Adjustment of Major Setting for Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu to Adapt to the Modern Services Development

现代服务业是当代许多国家和地区产业调整的方向,现代服务业的发展需要有力的人才支撑,江苏本科专业设置的现状表明,人才培养不足的行业,多数专业就业率并不高,总体过剩的行业,部分专业却仍有发展优势。应该结合不同服务业特点,合理配置教育资源;优化专业结构,扶持发展人才培养不足的专业;有保有压,调整人才培养过剩的专业。

Modern service industry is the direction to which many countries and regions adjust their industries. It needs forceful talents to develop modern service industries. However, the situation of major setting for bachelors in Jiangsu Province shows that the employment rate of most majors is not high in these insufficient personnel training industries while there are still some majors of advantage in those industries. We should allocate education resources rationally combining with various service industry characteristics, optimize major structure to support the insufficient personnel training majors, and preserve or restrict those excessive ones.
