摘要
采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,针对我国体育课堂管理理论研究薄弱、滞后的现状,倡导有效体育课堂的柔性管理理念,并从目标导向法、和谐沟通法、团体动力法三方面入手,提出制定课堂纪律、鼓励学生、协调师生关系、处理课堂问题行为、建立生态评价、创设适宜内外学习环境的对应策略。
By using the methods of document-data and logical analysis and so on, Classroom management theory and research of sports is weak, lagging behind the status quo, advocating flexible and effective physical classroom management ideas, and from object-oriented method, harmony and communication law, engineering threepronged approach, on the development of classroom discipline, to encourage students to coordinate teacher-student relationship, dealing with classroom behavior problems, establish ecological assessment, the creation of six aspects of the environment rendering responsive strategies.
