摘要
通过介绍并结合实际工作开发的原文传递共建平台,对宁波职业技术学院图书馆近年来开展基于ZADL(浙江省高校数字图书馆)平台原文传递工作进行了统计,提出定量化原文传递是可行的。结果表明,每个咨询馆员要保持每天10条的原文传递数量是可以实现的,并需要五"心"级服务,即:爱心、专心、热心、细心和放心。
This paper makes statistics of original text delivery Based on ZADL platform service of the library of Ningbo Polytechnic. The original proposal of quantitative transfer is feasible. As long as each librarian. Keep delivery 10 articles of a day of the original is possible to achieve. Document delivery need five "heart" service. The five "heart" are: caring, attentive, enthusiastic, attentive and reassure. This paper introduces the platform of original text delivery based on in practical works.
