Based on Zhu Yongsheng＇ s four types of thematic progression pattern, this paper discusses the internal organization of Business English reading texts in the unit of text. The illustration points out that the thematic progression pattern is helpful in getting the logical relationship and finding the development clue of the text. By analyzing business reading texts, this paper further discusses the meaning of studying thematic progression pattern for college teachers and teaching , so as to the learning of college students.
