摘要 目的探讨hs-CRP在非小细胞肺癌诊断、分级的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对51例非小细胞肺癌患者术前、术后血清中hs-CRP的表达水平及30例正常健康人血清hs-CRP水平。结果非小细胞肺癌患者血清hs-CRP水平明显高于健康对照组;Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期之间存在统计学差异;肿瘤淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移之间存在明显差异。结论检测非小细胞肺癌患者血清hs-CRP的水平,对了解病情的发生和发展、临床诊断和预后判断具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To explore hs-CRP in non-small cell lung cancer diagnosis and its classification.Methods The hs-CRP levels in 51 non-small cell lung cancer patients before and after surgery and 30 controls were detected by ELISA.Results Levels of hs-CRP in non-small cell lung cancer patients significantly increased compared to the healthy controls,and there was significant difference between before surgery and post-operative groups.The contents of hs-CRP in the Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage showed statistical difference.There was significant difference between groups with and without tumor lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The detection of hs-CRP in non-small cell lung cancer patients has an important clinical significance in studying the occurrence and the progress,clinical diagnose and prognosis prediction of lung cancer.
