摘要 概述 一、小窝小窝最早是由Palade于1953年在电镜下观察内皮细胞时发现,当时称之为＂质膜囊泡＂,而＂小窝＂一词是由Yamada在1955年提出,描述胆囊上皮细胞上＂与细胞外相交流的小口袋、囊泡、洞穴或凹陷＂。随后,在其他多种细胞上也发现类似结构,其直径为50～100 nm,呈烧瓶形或Ω形,
