摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定美扑伪麻片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法0.05mol·L-1。磷酸二氢钾-甲醇-三乙胺(80:20:0.02%),用磷酸调节pH3.5作为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1.上样量20uL,检测波长243nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚在9.35-95.7μg·mL-1内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=1),回收率100.12%,RSD=0.64%(n=9)。结论本法能简单、准确、可靠地测定美扑伪麻片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of paracetamol in Compound Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide tablets. METHODS The kromasil 100-C18 was used with the mobile phase of 0.05mol· L- l potassium primary phosphate-MeOH-triethylamine (80 : 20 : 0.02 % ) . Adjust the pH to 3.5 by phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0mL· min-land the detection wavelength was 243nm. RESULTS The precision and stability were fine. The linear range within 9.35 -- 95.7μg·mL- 1, r = 1. The average recoveries were 100.12 %, RSD was 0.64 % (n = 9). CONCLUSION The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, It can be used for the quality control of Compound Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide tablets.
