延胡索炮制品的薄层色谱研究

The Study on Thin Layer Chromatography of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Twang Processed Products

目的建立延胡索炮制品的薄层色谱展开条件,对延胡索不同炮制品的薄层色谱进行分析。方法采用TLC二次展开法,以延胡索乙素作为对照品,显色后分别日光和紫外(365nm)观察斑点。结果各炮制品在与延胡索乙素相应位置显相同颜色斑点。结论该方法简便快速,为更好的控制延胡索炮制品的质量提供科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To analyze TI.C of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Twangs processed products by establishing TLC conditions. METHODS The plates are visualized in sunlight after coloration and UV（365nm）by two developing solvent systems, contrasted by Tetrahydropalmatine. RESULTS Tetrahydropalmatine is identified in processed products sample. CONCLUSION The method is feasible, and be scitific basis for checking quality of processed products.
