不同产地及生长期马鞭草中槲皮素和芹菜素含量变化的比较

Determination of Quercetin and Apigenin in Verbena officinals from different regions and different times

目的研究不同产地及不同生长期马鞭草中槲皮素和芹菜素的含量变化。方法采用高教液相色谱法，ODS－C18，以甲醇．0．1％磷酸溶液（60：40）为流动相，检测波长350nm。并比较了不同产地及不同生长期马鞭草中槲皮素和芹菜素的含量。结果槲皮素和芹菜素的线性范围分别在0．016－1.0μg、0．01～0．64μg。平均回收率分别为98．5％、97．3％。江西南昌含量较高，不同生长期马鞭草中槲皮素和芹菜素含量以6～7月份为高。结论建议马鞭草药材采收以6～7月为宜。

OBJECTIVE To study the content of quercetin and apigenin in different regions and different seasons of Verbena offieinals. METHODS HPLC method was used with ODS-C18, the moblile phase was methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid （60：40）.Detection wave lenth was 350nm. RESULTS The linear rang of quercetin was 0.016--1.0μg and apigenin was 0.01--0.64μg.The mean recoveries for quereetin was 98.5%, apigenin was 97.3 %. The contents of quercetin and apigenin in june and july were the highest, and the contents in Verbena officinals from Jiangxi Nanchang were the highest in different places.CONCLUSION It is better to harvest the parts of Verbena officinals on the ground in june and july.
