仙鹤草降糖成分对NO释放系统抑制的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨仙鹤草降糖成分的降糖机理。方法用LPS诱导RAW264.7细胞产生NO,通过NO释放量观察仙鹤草降糖活性部位中分离得到的单体对NO产生是否有抑制作用。结果乌苏酸、槲皮素显示较强活性;没食子酸、山柰酚有活性;胡萝卜甙、鞣花酸无活性。结论仙鹤草中部分化合物能抑制NO释放系统。 OBJECTIVE In order to study the mechanism of lowering blood sugar of active constituents from Agrimonia with lowering blood sugar. METHODS Inhibiting the release production of NO from RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS, the the release production of NO has a significant role in knowing whether active constituents from Agrimonia with lowering blood sugar have influences on inhibition of NO releasing system. RESULTS Compounds ursolic acid exhibits great activities; compounds gallic acid, kaempferol, quercetin exhibit activities; compounds daucosterol, ellagic acid don't exhibit activities.CONCLUSION Some constituents from Agrimonia can lowering blood sugar by inhibiting the NO releasing.
