中国文化传统中的一些适应时代要求、反映国人普遍内心需求的价值与信念,不仅保持了中国政治的独特性,而且成为支撑中国社会稳定运行、并推动其发展与进步的重要力量。中国共产党需要将自身的执政模式深深地扎根于本民族的优质文化土壤之中,把中国文化传统中一些正面、积极的因素融入新的时代,促进国家的团结与凝聚,实现中华民族的复兴。从文化分析的视角,考察中国共产党的执政模式,可以发现平等、民富、尚公、务实、和谐、尽责、自律等价值与信念在决定中国共产党的执政理想、执政目标、执政理念、执政思维、执政方式、执政路径、执政规范等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,当前中国共产党已经确立了平等化发展的执政理想、经济权利优先的执政目标、尚公的执政理念、实用理性的执政思维、"无对"的执政方式、介入式的执政路径以及自律型的执政规范。

Its ideal is equal development, its goal is economic priority, its concept is honesty, its approach is flexible, and its rule is self-discipline.
