摘要
西南民族地区是我国地缘战略极为重要的地区,又是我国少数民族的主要聚居区,其中75%以上人口高度集中在农村社区。这种人口分布格局,决定了西南民族地区农村社区的稳定与发展,事关中国整体社会稳定、边疆安全、民族团结、生态资源合理利用及西南民族地区的现代化建设等重大现实问题。发展经济、建立和完善乡镇社区治安综合治理机制、严厉打击各类违法犯罪活动、妥善处理民族宗教问题、加强基层组织建设等,是维护西南民族地区农村社区社会稳定的可行举措。
The minority areas in southwest China are strategically important to China, where 75% of the minority groups live in the rural areas. This distribution is not only related to the stability and development of such areas in the process of modernization but also related to China＇ s stability, its national unity, and its rational development of eeo -resources. The practical measures for stabilizing such areas include the reasonable economic development, the establishment of a good security mechanism for the rural communities, the control of all kinds of crimes, the reasonable treatment of religious problems and the improvement of the grass - roots organizations.
