广东省对外直接投资的发展战略研究

Research on Development Strategy for OFDI of Guangdong

在开放经济条件下,对外直接投资是企业、市场、政府相互作用的结果,需要从企业和政府两方面着手研究其发展战略。在企业层面上,本文结合产业选择基准和区位选择的影响因素,提出了具有较强针对性的广东省对外直接投资的产业和区位选择战略;在政府层面上,本文提出了通过建立和完善管理制度、健全财政和金融政策支持体系,以及提升政府服务水平和完善社会服务体系来促进广东省对外直接投资的政策建议。

OFDI is the result of the interaction among the enterprise, the market and the government in an open economy. The authors of this article believe that the development strategy of OFDI should be studied in the aspect of both enterprise and government. As to the enterprise, it is necessary to combine the criteria of industry selection and the factors of location selection, and the article proposes some specific strategies of both industry and location selection for the development of OFDI in Guangdong province. In regard of the government, to promote Guangdong＇s outward foreign direct investment, the article suggests that the government should establish and perfect management system, improve fiscal and financial preferential policy, upgrade the government service, and improve social service.
