摘要
中国企业在各种经济条件的约束下面临增长方式转变的问题。可持续的增长需要摆脱传统的静态的思维模式,寻求创新的路径和方法。本文提出了从产业金融的角度来使企业经营资本化,来获取创新增长的战略性资源,突破企业转型的瓶颈,实现企业现阶段增长模式的转变。文章还分析了产业机能的"非证券化"趋势、产业金融的战略内涵以及企业增长转型的产业金融战略选择。
Under the constraints of various economic conditions, Chinese enterprises are now facing the problem of the transformation of the growth model. Sustainable growth requires seeking the innovative path instead of the traditional static model. From the perspective of the financial industry, this paper focuses on how to capitalize the business operation of enterprises, how to gain the access to innovative and strategic resources for sustainable growth, how to break through the bottleneck of enterprise transformation and realize transformation of growth model. This paper also analyzes the trends of ＂non-securitization＂ for industrial capability, strategic content of industrial finance, and financial strategic choice for transformation of enteprises.
