经纪人,作为当今一种时尚的职业,有着悠久的历史。它在古代不同时期有着不同的称谓。最早的是西周时代的质人,到秦汉时期,称为驵侩、驵、驵会、辜榷等。从唐朝开始,多以"牙"贯以名称,且名目繁多,如牙人、牙郎、牙商、牙侩、牙子、牙保等。元代以后,在官方公文和民间出现经纪之称。

'Broker' as a pop occupation in the current time has a long history.Its salutation,from 'Zhi Ren' at the beginning in the Western Zhou Dynasty to 'Zang Kuai','Zang','Gu Que' etc in the Qin Han Dynasty,was changing in the ancient times.From the Tang Dynasty,the 'agent 'was addressed as 'Ya Guan' and various homologous salutations,such as 'Ya Ren','Ya Lang','Ya Shang','Ya Kuai','Ya zi','Ya Bao'etc.Not until the Yuan Dynasty did 'agent' firstly appear in the official documents and in the folks.
