高职院校顶岗实习学生党员的管理方式研究

高职院校学生入党时间的特殊性、顶岗实习的分散性和流动性,顶岗实习与落实工作单位同时进行的移动变化性决定了现有学生党支部难以完成对顶岗实习期间的学生党员的培养与考核的任务,而网络在中国的普及与使用习惯提供了组建网络党支部的基本条件。通过组建网络党支部,明确网络党支部书记职责,培养学生良好的网络使用习惯,建设网络党支部与现实党组织无缝对接的制度,实现党组织完成顶岗实习期间的学生党员的培养和考核任务。

The students of Institute of Technology have Specific characteristics during enrolling Party, suchas dispersive, mobile and changeable during internship and finding job which decide Student branch not to finish the task of cultivation and assessment. And Intemet widely used in china and the students＇ habit provide the basic condition to construct the Party branch in the Internet. To help Party organization finish cultivating and bringing up the student members during internship, we should construct the Party branch of online, make definition of party branch secretary＇s duty, bring up good habit of using Intemet, construct institution to carry out seamless tile between the Party branch in the Internet and Party organization in the reality.
