高职院校职业指导的“理想”与“现实”

The "ideal" and the "reality" in the vocational guidance of university students

职业指导是高等教育的重要组成部分,然而,各高校在职业指导过程中,普遍存在过分注重理论而忽视现实的问题,使得职业指导归根结底是为学生、社会、经济服务的宗旨有所偏离。从职业规划、创业教育、就业指导等方面提出自己对职业指导的"理想"与"现实"教育方面的看法,阐述大学生职业指导应与时俱进,加强个性指导,妥善处理理论与现实的问题。

Vocational guidance is an important part of the university education. But there is a commonproblem in the progress of vocational guidance, that the universities put too much emphasis in the ＂ideal＂ while too little in the ＂reality＂, that made the aim of the vocational guidance---sever the students, society and the economy off track.. In this paper I will come up with my own opinions about the theory and the reality in the vocational guidance at angles of occupational planning, entrepreneurship education and vocational guidance. Elaborate on the topic that the vocational guidance should advance with the times, strengthen the individual guidance, and cope the problem of the theory and the reality.
