摘要
本文首先回顾了我国零供关系自2001年以来所发生重大事件,指出了零供关系发展的基本趋势是从争利向创利转变。阐述了通道费的起源以及国内外专家对通道费问题的主要看法,提出了"谨慎看待零供关系"的观点。
This article reviews the major events concerning the “Retailer-Supplier” relationship which happened since 2001, pointing out that the fundamental trend of this relationship lies in the shift from ‘contending for benefits＇ to ＇creating benefits＇. In addition, the article explains the origin of Slotting Allowance and presents the opinions of domestic and foreign experts toward this issue. The authors also present their viewpoint that the “Retailer-Supplier” relationship issues should be thoughtfully and cautiously approached.
