European Identification: From Pan Hellenism to the European Union

"泛希腊主义"是一个具有古希腊语词源的现代名词。本文将"泛希腊主义"界定为各城邦的希腊人对于民族的整体认同。这种民族认同最初体现在血缘、宗教活动等方面,因为共同反抗波斯的战争而得到强化并最终确立。在政治宣传过程中,通常采用"泛希腊主义"原本包含的内容来服务于希腊城邦的利益。这样的运用形成了强化内部认同而与外部竞争的态势。对于正在发展且日益壮大的欧洲联盟,也可以采取相类似的角度,从整体认同的建构入手,探讨新时代的欧洲成为"日益紧密的联盟"的社会基础。

Based on an analysis of the development of trade between China and Central Asia countries and the real effective exchange rates of RMB, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship among the real effective exchange rates （REER） of RMB, real GDP of China, real GDP of Central Asia countries and the trade of China with Central Asia countries according to co-integration. The study shows that there is no causal relationship between REER of RMB and trade of China with Central Asia countries; the trade of China with Central Asia countries is helpful to the growth of China＇s income as well as to that of the Central Asia countries＇ income; and under the expectation of revaluation of the RMB, trade of China with Central Asia countries is developing because of the complementary economic structure of China and Central Asia countries.
