北京市人力资本对经济增长效应的实证研究

The Effect of Human Capital on Economic Growth in Beijing: An Empirical Research

应用包含人力资本要素的C-D生产函数模型,以1996—2009年的相关数据为基础,对北京市人力资本与经济增长的效应进行了实证研究,结果表明,人力资本平均水平的提高,对于北京市的经济增长产生了显著的正效应。此外,实证结果还表明,固定资产投资对于北京市经济增长的作用并不显著,劳动力人口数量对北京市经济增长的作用则相对显著。

By applying the C-D production function model that includes the factor of human capital and based on the data of 1996 2009, this article is an empirical research on the effect of human capital on economic growth in Beijing. The result shows that human capital may have a positive effect on Beijing s economic growth. In addition, empirical results also show that the effect of investment in fixed assets on Beijing＇s economic growth is not significant, but the effect of labor force to Beijing＇s economic growth is relatively significant.
