摘要
采用Solidworks软件对冲焊桥壳进行三维建模,通过ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元模态分析,采用Block Lancos法计算得出桥壳的前6阶固有频率和振型,研究桥壳结构与其振动特性的关系,为焊接桥壳的改进设计提供理论依据,缩短了实验周期,具有较强的实际工程意义。
Using Solidworks software to establish three-dimensional(3D) morphological modeling for punching-welding axle housing and analyzing this 3D morphological model through finite element method with ANSYS Workbench software,the paper calculates the lower 6 orders natural frequencies and vibratory modals of axle housing using Block Lancos method,then studies the relationship between the axle housing structure and its vibratory characteristics,which provides theoretical and engineering basis for improving the design of punching-welding axle housing.
