Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Soil by Multivariate Methods Coupled with Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 以线性方程求解为基础,多变量法与同步荧光技术结合,建立了多组分多环芳烃混合物同时测定的同步荧光分析法,并将其应用于土壤中多环芳烃的测定,研究结果表明:该方法可实现15种组分的同时鉴别和定量测定。在0~1000ng/mL范围内,15种PAHs的荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系相关系数r均不小于0.9981,标准偏差(SD)在0.02~4.12之间(n=6),方法的检出限(S/N=3)在0.42~8.57ng/mL,回收率为75.46%~108.6%。该方法用于土壤中多环芳烃分析,简便快速效果良好。 In the paper,on the basis of linear equation solving,the authors develop a rapid analytical method that can determine the PAHs in soil samples simultaneously by the coupled approach of multivariate methods and synchronous fluorescence scanning technique,which does not require pretreatment of data,solving of large amount of data and large amount of solution preparation for internal calibration.The method is fairly successful for analysis of 15 components in a mixture solution.The linear response of this method was in the range of 0~1000ng/mL(r ≥0.9981),the standard deviations(SD)were in the range of 0.02~4.12(n=6).The detection limits(S/N=3) were in the range of 0.42~8.57ng/mL,and the recoveries of this method were from75.46% to108.6%.The results indicated that this method is simple and fast,suitable for the determination of trace PAHs in environmental soil.
