摘要
建设一支强有力的学生记者队伍,充分发挥学生记者的作用,是办好校报的有效举措,也是高校做好宣传工作、提升人才培养质量的重要环节。结合工作实际,探讨高校校报学生记者的培养与管理很有意义。
To build a powerful students reporter team is an effective way for college newspaper＇s better development.This kind of team is also conducive in promoting college and improving talent cultivation.This article tries to probe into the cultivation and management of student reporter team in college newspaper based on practical experience.
