谈高职院校内部行政管理机制的改革——以三明职业技术学院为例

Discussion on Innovation of the Internal Administration in Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Sanming Vocational Technical College

我国高职院校的不断发展要求改革内部行政管理机制,这一改革应结合各高职院校的实际情况进行。三明职业技术学院内部行政管理在管理科层化、行政权力泛化、管理效率不高等方面的问题比较突出。因此,要在创新管理理念、实现行政领导专业化、积极稳妥推进院系两级管理和运行机制等方面进行探索,推进学校又好又快发展。

The growing development of vocational colleges in our country needs the innovation of internal administration urgently,which involves some actual situations.Problems,such as hierarchical bureaucratic administration,generalization of the executive power,and the inefficiency of the management,are still rather serious.Exploration should be carried in the innovation of administrant ideas,implementation of the specialization of administrative leadership and the two-layer internal administration.The discussion in this paper will benefit the development of vocational colleges.
