摘要 目的通过对1 850例阳性标本的病原菌分布及耐药性进行调查,说明合理使用抗菌药物的重要性。方法通过对临床送检的标本按要求进行分离、培养、鉴定。结合抗菌药物的使用进行分析。结果临床使用越广泛的抗菌药物,其细菌的耐药率越高。结论医疗机构除了加强落实《抗菌药物临床使用原则》外,还必须强化细菌的耐药性监测与预警工作,充分发挥临床药师的作用,及时对临床用药作出指导。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance in 1 850 cases of positive pathogen samples,in order to indicate the importance of rational use of antibiotics.Methods The analysis was based on the isolation,culture and identification of the submitted clinical specimens according to the requirements,combining with the usage of antibiotics.Results The more antibiotics used clinically,the higher the drug resistance would be.Conclusion Besides to strengthen the implementation of the principles of clinical use of antibacterial drugs,medical institutions should also strengthen the monitoring and of bacterial resistance,and give full play to the role of clinical pharmacists,in a timely manner to guide clinical treatment.
