摘要
本文通过研究LED第一阵营内的日亚化学(Nicha)和科锐(Gree)在美国的专利布局情况发现:日亚化学和科锐近年来半导体照明领域美国专利申请量呈增加态势.其专利技术均集中在有势垒的半导体器件、制造或处理方法或设备、电极零部件等,但日亚化学还侧重发光材料,科锐更侧重单晶生长等。本文也研究了二者不同的专利策略,并点明可作为我国相关企业借鉴之处。
Based on the U.S. patent analysis in LED field of Nichia and Cree, we found that the LED U.S. patent application quantities of Nichia and Cree both have an increasing trend in recent years; their U.S. patent technologies mainly focused on semiconductor devices with energy barrier, methods or equipment of manufacturing or processing, electrode and other components, etc; but Nichia focused more on light-emitting materials, and Cree focused more on single crystal growth. This paper also analyzed different patent strategies of Nichia and Cree, and highlighted what Chinese related enterprises could learn from them.
