The process of setting up outstanding tourist city is also the process of raising status of tourism and figure of city.According to outstanding tourist city standard and basic stuation of Dazhou, the pappr uses Telphi methed to simulation points. On the basis of results, the paper finds gap and points out the specific strategy of Dazhou setting up outstanding tourist city.
