摘要 目的:建立砂仁配方颗粒中乙酸龙脑酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用HP-5MS石英毛管柱,氦气为载气,100℃~180℃程序升温;质谱为检测器,选择性检测m/z136的离子;样品采用无水乙醇超声提取,外标法计算乙酸龙脑酯的含量。结果:乙酸龙脑酯在0.103 6~0.621 6mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 7,n=6);平均回收率(n=6)为97.37%,RSD为0.88%;检测限为10pg。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可用于砂仁配方颗粒中乙酸龙脑酯含量的控制。 Objective:To establish a GC/MS method for the determination of borynyl acetate in amomi fructus particulate formulations. Methods: Bornyl acetate in amoni fructus particulate formulations was extracted with ethyl acetate and analyzed on a HP- 5MS column with programming temperature froml00 tol80℃. Helium was used as carrier gas. Selected ion monitoring mode was used with the target ion of m/z 136. Quantitative analysis was performed by external standard method. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 103 6-0. 621 6mg/mL mg/mL (r=0. 999 7,n=6) ;The average recovery was 97.37% (RSD= 0.88 %, n= 6). The limit of detection was 10pg. Conclusion : This method is sensitive, accurate, repeatable, easy to operate and can be used for the bornyl acetate content of amomi fructus particulate formulations.
