人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床研究

Clinical Study on Hemiarthroplasty for Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures

目的:探讨人工股骨头置换术对高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2010年6月-2011年12月期间收治的高龄股骨颈骨折患者92例,并随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者经明确诊断后,对照组采用全髋关节置换术治疗,而研究组则采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果和手术情况等相关指标进行比较分析。结果:研究组与对照组相比,其疗效处于优的比率显著提高,而处于差的比率则显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,研究组与对照组相比,其手术时间和术中出血量均显著改善,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折,其疗效确切效果显著,对于改善手术质量和提高临床治疗效果具有十分重要的临床价值。

Objective： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Hemiarthroplasty for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods：Selection in June 2010 to 2011 12, the femoral neck fractures treated 92 patients, and randomly divided into study and control groups. Two groups of patients after diagnosis, the control group total hip arthroplasty, the research group used artificial femoral head replacement therapy,and two groups of patients in clinical treatment and surgical conditions and other related indicators for comparative analysis. Results：Compared with the control group, the ratio of its superior efficacy in significantly increased, while the difference in the rate was significantly lower, there were also significant differences（P〈0.05）. At the same time, compared with the control group,the operative time and blood loss volume significantly improved, there were also significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hemiarthroplasty for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,its curative effect achieved significant results in improving the quality of surgery and improve clinical outcomes has important clinical value.
