萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗体股癣和手足癣的临床研究

Clinical Research of Naftifine Ketoconazole Cream in the Treatment of Tinea Corporis and Cruris and Tinea

目的:探讨萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗体股癣和手足癣的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年3月-2011年3月我院皮肤科收治的体股癣和手足癣患者92例,随机分为研究组和对照组各46例。所有患者经相关检查和明确诊断后,研究组患者给予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外用治疗,而对照组患者则给予硝酸咪康唑乳膏外用治疗。并于治疗周期结束后分别对两组患者的总体疗效进行评价和对比分析。结果:研究组与对照组相比,其患者的痊愈率和总有效率均显著提高,而有效率和无效率则显著降低,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:萘替芬酮康唑乳膏对于体股癣和手足癣患者的早日康复具有积极的促进作用。

Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of naftifine ketoconazole cream in the treatment of tinea corporis and cruris and tinea, iethods：Choosed March 2010-March 2011, admitted to our hospital dermatology and hand, loot and ringworm tinea corporis and cruris 92 patients, according to the method of block randomization patients were randomly divided into study group and control group 46 cases. All patients after the relevant examination and diagnosis, the study group were treated with ketoconazole cream naftifine topical treatment,while the control group patients were treated with topical miconazole nitrate cream treatment. And after the treatment cycle, two groups of patients, respectively, to evaluate the overall efficacy and comparative analysis. Results ： Compared with the control group, the patient＇s recovery rate and total effective rate was significantly increased, while the efficiency and inefficiency are significantly reduced, there were significant differences （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Naftifine ketoconazole cream for tinea corporis and cruris and tinea patients with early recovery has a positive role in promoting.
