摘要
中国传统文化蕴涵着丰富的管理思想,是应对国内企业管理方法"水土不服"的良好药剂。近代"新儒学"代表人物之一成中英教授将"五行"生克学说的演变与管理职能结合起来,提出著名的C理论,对现代企业的"本土化"发展给予重要启迪。来源于《尚书.洪范》的"五行"学说形为古代朴素唯物主义,质蕴唯物辩证法的逻辑因子,"五行"要素内涵的"生克"外延与现代企业管理的职能要素存在着有机契合。"五行"说的历史传衍和现代功用,丰厚了企业职能管理理论的中国文化土壤,同时再现了中国传统文化的现代化殊像。
Abundant management thought lies in Chinese traditional culture,which is a good medicament for curing the "acclimatization" phenomenon of a company.Professor Cheng Zhongying,a new Confucian,integrated the evolution of "Five Element" theory and the functions constitute of management,and put forward his famous C-theory,which will provide the pillar basic of philosophy for the company to "localization".Derived form the HONGFAN chapter in SHANGSHU,the "Five Element" is the ancient native materialism in nature,and it is the reasonable logic factor in materialistic dialectics,however it is related with the operation mechanism of Corporation Management,especially its connotation in the Congruence.Evolving and applying of "five Element" theory will enrich business functions and the management theory of Chinese culture and reproduce the modernization of different shapes of Chinese traditional culture.
