摘要
通过纸笔实验和调查问卷相结合的方式,调查了欧美国家留学生对于形声字形旁表义作用的认知情况,考察了对于留学生形旁意识发展可能产生影响的一些非认知因素。结果发现:欧美国家留学生在学习汉语6个月~7个月时仍然没有发展出比较自动的形旁意识;欧美国家留学生在学习汉语12个月~13个月时才发展出比较自动的形旁意识;欧美国家留学生的汉字学习态度与他们形旁意识的发展可能没有特别显著的关系。最后,根据试验结果,还提出了一些教学上的建议。
This paper studied the occurrence,development and completion of western student's awareness of meaning radical in pictophonetic characters,and investigated many other factors that may affect the development of the awareness by a paper-pencil test mode along with a carefully-designed questionnaire.Findings of the study are reported in this paper:after 7 to 8 months' study,western students can not build up their meaning radical awareness on their own initiative;after 12 to 13 months' study,western students have acquired the knowledge of meaning radical and its meaning-indicating function;the character-learning attitudes of western students may have little to do with the development of their awareness of the meaning radical.Finally,according to the above findings,this paper gives some suggestions to Chinese character teaching.
