It plays a significant role in activating the mechanism of employment, in motivating the activeness and creativity of the staff. With the gradual implementation of the post setting in universities and colleges, the importance and pressure of strengthening the administration after employment become prominent day by day. We need to ana- lyze cautiously all the new problems arising from the first-employment and find solutions to the problems so as to consolidate and sublimate the result of the reform.
