摘要
岗位设置是深化高校人事制度改革、完善用人机制的重要组成部分,对于搞活高校用人机制,全面调动教职工的积极性和创造性具有十分重要的意义。随着高校岗位设置管理工作的逐步推进,加强聘后管理的重要性和紧迫性日渐凸显。首次聘用后出现的各类新问题、新情况必须认真去分析研究,得出好的解决办法,才能使改革成果得到巩固和升华。
Post-setting is an essential part in deepening the reform of the personnel system in universities and colleges. It plays a significant role in activating the mechanism of employment, in motivating the activeness and creativity of the staff. With the gradual implementation of the post setting in universities and colleges, the importance and pressure of strengthening the administration after employment become prominent day by day. We need to ana- lyze cautiously all the new problems arising from the first-employment and find solutions to the problems so as to consolidate and sublimate the result of the reform.
