摘要
"叙事治疗"注重社会文化与环境因素、注重对问题和经验的资源整合,治疗师与来访者以平等身份共同探索。高校心理咨询可以叙事治疗的外化问题为纲要,借鉴其干预的若干技术,并注意以下问题:提问更多是为了引导体验,而非搜集信息;不能忽略对方曾经的付出和努力;对问题的影响力要有充分预估。
Narrative therapy emphasizes the social-cultural and environmental lactors. It locuses on me integration of the resources of problems and experience: therapists and clients explore together as equals. Psychological counseling in colleges can take the external issues of the narrative therapy as outline, referring to its intervention techniques,and pay attention to the following issues: questions aims at guiding the client's experience rather than gathering information; never ignoring that our clients have ever made efforts; fully estimating the influence of the questions.
