摘要
权变管理体现出"如果——那么"的函数关系,其模型表达为"管理环境+管理对象+管理的手段方式=管理目标"。应用到高校教务权变管理,须协调好三个递进关系,即高校教务权变管理与平衡的关系、高校教务权变管理与突变的关系、高校教务权变管理与无关变量的关系。从宏观角度出发,高校教务权变管理须以平衡的高校教务组织为前提和基石,注重建立个性化的课程体系和信息化的管理系统。
Contingency management theory has the function of "if-then", and its model is "manage environment + manage objects+ manage methods=manage aim". Applying it to college educational contingency administration, we must adjust its relations of equilibrium state/catastrophe/irrelevant variables which go forward one by one. The contingency administration should be based on equilibrium college educational organization, and calling for more attention to the activity curriculum system and information management system.
