摘要
以聚丙烯腈为基材,二甲亚砜为溶剂,聚乙二醇为致孔剂,四氧化三铁为填料,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了聚丙烯腈/四氧化三铁杂化超滤膜,研究四氧化三铁含量对超滤膜渗透通量和截留率的影响,并用模拟的乳品废水考察了超滤膜的处理效果和耐污染性能.
A series of PAN-Fe3O4 ultrafiltration membranes with different amounts of ferrosoferric oxide was prepared from suspensions by using the phase inversion process.The suspensions consisted of polyacrylonitrile,dimethylsulfoxide,polyethyleneglycol and ferrosoferric oxide.The influence of Fe3O4 content on the fluxes and rejections ofhybrid membranes was investigated.The filtration effect and anti-fouling ability of PAN-Fe3O4 hybrid membranes were also conducted by a dairy waste water.
