摘要
从治理结构、内部资源和外部环境的角度,对资本结构进行分析,提出将资本结构纳入战略管理、资本结构和企业战略结合的系统框架,并构建一个基于资本结构的企业战略管理模型,并以我国上市汽车企业为例进行实证分析,以验证模型的正确性。
The paper summarized and analyzed the capital structure from the angle of governance structure,internal resources and the external environment.The paper considered that the capital structure could be incorporated into the frame of strategic management,capital structure and corporate strategy.Hereby the paper created a corporate strategy model based on capital structure,and took China＇s automobile enterprises as an example to make empirical analysis so as to verify the accuracy of the model.
