摘要
近年来,由于能量成像技术的发展和临床需求的增加,能量CT的研究成为了热点,特别是2009年出现的以瞬时双kVp为核心技术的能谱CT成像,为现今能谱成像更广阔的临床应用和研究创造了可能。本文主要介绍了能谱CT基本原理及近期国内外能谱CT技术初步应用研究结果,探讨其在临床中的应用价值。
In recent years,due to energy technology development and clinical imaging increased demand,energy CT studies to become a hot spot,especially in 2009 appeared to instantaneous two-kVp spectrum for the core technology of CT imaging,imaging for today＇s broader spectrum clinical and research created the possibility,this paper introduces the basic principles of spectroscopy and recent CT CT technology at home and abroad spectrum preliminary results of applied research to explore its value in clinical applications.
