1.5T全心冠状动脉磁共振成像诊断冠状动脉狭窄的初步研究

摘要 MR是冠状动脉无创性检查手段之一。早期采用双斜靶容积定位法进行分段采集,因定位复杂、不易推广。全心冠状动脉MR成像(whole-heart coronary magnetic resonance angiography,WH CMRA)克服了定位复杂的缺点,但其诊断冠状动脉狭窄的准确性国内报道较少〔1〕。笔者结合47例患者资料,评价WH CMRA在诊断冠状动脉狭窄方面的价值和限度。0.
