强化现代工程素质教育探索现代工程师培养途径

Strengthening modern engineering education,searching for training modern engineer methods

工程教育作为立国之本,对工程教育改革的研究也成为热点。为了进一步适应经济社会的发展变化,在研究现代工程师内涵的基础上,分析了现代工程师应具备的素质,并围绕素质培养的目标提出了地方工科院校关于工程教育改革的几点看法并就若干问题进行了探讨。作为中国高等教育培养现代工程师的前沿阵地,在"大工程""创新人才培养"的背景下,地方工科院校应一马当先借助与地方行业产学研紧密结合的优势,着眼于学生工程素质的培养,着眼于"知行合一"、"学以致用",积极开辟培养现代工程师的道路。

Engineering education is the foundation of national development,and the study on engineering education reform has recently been the focus of attention.In order to adapt to the development of economic and social changes,this paper analyzes the connotation of modern engineers and proposes that excellent engineers should possess good qualities such as professional knowledge,professional abilities and so on.In the background of ＂big project＂ and ＂innovative talent training＂,the local universities should play their roles as initiators and facilitators by combining academic research with industrial perform,focus on students′ engineer quality,＂knowledge＂ and professional practice.
