摘要
通过学校与企业在国外、国内及单位内部三个人才培养来源的比较分析,我国双语教师潜在供给量能够满足学校对双语教师的需要。与企业人才建设相关措施相比,学校由于双语教师标准、对双语教师激励措施、学校编制、资源共享机制的不足引起我国双语教师的短缺。因此,学校应在这些方面努力改进,积极解决双语教师的引进和培养问题。
Through comparative analysis on the overseas and national resources of cultivating talents in universities and enterprises,China's bilingual teachers' potential supply can meet teaching demand.Compared with enterprises' talents construction,universities' construction of bilingual teaching staff can not meet the demand due to the lack of bilingual teachers,stimulated measures,authorized staff and resources sharing and so on.Consequently universities should improve to their capacity in those aspects and cope with recommending and cultivating bilingual teachers actively.
