摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种典型的系统性自身免疫性疾病,以大量自身抗体产生、补体激活和免疫复合物沉积为主要特征,造成组织、器官的损害。自身免疫性甲状腺疾患与SLE有着共同的免疫学基础和遗传特征,SLE是甲状腺功能异常的高危人群,而后者又是SLE死亡高危因素。本文从Th1/Th2细胞因子网络失衡角度对系统性红斑狼疮和自身免疫性甲状腺疾病发病的相关性做一简述。 Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a prototypic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by a diverse array of autoantibody production,complement activation and immune complex deposition,causing tissue and organ damage.The autoimmune thyroid disease has the same immuno and hereditary characters with SLE.The SLE patients are high-risk groups to autoimmune thyroid disease,and the latter is also a high risk factor to the death of a SLE.In this review,we will discuss recent studies on the association between the systemic lupus erythematosus and autoimmune thyroid disease following the disbalance of Th1 / Th2 cytokine network.
